Based on the Tierra frame concept, the Neutron is a fun tech bike with a 20.6" tt, short 13.2" rear end, medium 8.25" bars and 27mm. offset fork. Also, as on the Tierra, the seat tube is 0.4" offset to have the same leg clearance as a 21" frame.
